4-14-09 Hippy Office Chic Dress-Thrifted-$4.99 Tights-Target Shoes-Payless Bracelet-Forever 21 I picked up this dress a couple of months back and wasn’t sure what to do with it.  If you look closely it looks like splatters of paint mixed with drawings of leaves.  You can wear this dress a couple of different ways & for work I thought belted would be best but you could also wear it as a bathing suit cover-up or in the summer flowing without a belt.  I guess it depends on your style.
